Mike Wallach

Mike Wallach is an experienced engineering and support professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at Secret Escapes since March 2018, where previously held the position of Lead Support Engineer. Before that, Mike was with FlexTrade from December 2012 to March 2018, progressing through roles including Support Lead and Technical Support Team Lead. Mike's career began at CSC, where responsibilities included project management for business projects and serving as a Supply Chain Specialist. Mike also gained foundational experience as a Graduate Wintel Engineer focused on ITIL lifecycle and Incident Management. Mike Wallach holds an MEng in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Bristol, completed in 2011.
