Almudena Díaz Pagés

Almudena Díaz Pagés is an experienced gender specialist currently serving as the Head of the Gender Division at the Secretaría General Iberoamericana (SEGIB) since 2024. Almudena's expertise includes technical advice and advocacy for gender equality in Ibero-American organizations, along with the development of gender-inclusive policies. Previous roles encompass evaluating social action projects for Fundació Pere Tarrés, serving as a gender project manager for Fundación CEPAIM, and working with Médicos del Mundo to integrate human rights and gender perspectives into project formulation. Almudena holds advanced degrees in Gender Equality Policies, Gender Equality and Equity in Development, as well as International Relations, reflecting a strong academic foundation in gender issues and policy development.
