Pablo Pascale is the Head of Public & Civic Innovation at the Secretaría General Iberoamericana (SEGIB) since January 2010, where 24 government and civic labs have been designed and launched in Latin America, alongside organizing 8 International Civic Innovation Labs in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Coordinator for Ciudadanía 2.0 and Technical Adviser at the cabinet of the Secretary-General with UNDP, and as a consultant on intercultural issues. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Social Psychology from Universidad de Salamanca, a program on Technology Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School, a course on Technology for Accountability from Stanford University, a postgraduate degree in Competency-based Performance Management from the University of Buenos Aires, and a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidad de la República.
