Adam Housel

Mr. Housel is a Director based in Houston where he focuses on litigation and disputes. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst with significant experience in the oil and gas industry. He has 13 years of consulting experience analyzing claims and contracts, developing oil and gas valuation models and assisting in the preparation of expert reports. In addition, he has experience analyzing financial statements, developing financial models and performing business valuations.

Mr. Housel currently consults and advises on contractual disputes, industry custom and practices include Force Majeure, early termination, price re-openers, joint operating agreements, evolving market conditions and trading practices. In addition, he develops complex cash flow models, completes extensive financial statement and market analysis, works on royalty dispute engagements and disputes related to business valuation.

Prior to joining Secretariat, Mr. Housel held a Senior Manager position at BDO where he practiced in the Litigation, Arbitration & Disputes practice. He previously worked as a financial analyst for a large retail company where he prepared and analyzed financial data.
