Chris Boyd

Mr. Boyd is an Associate Director specializing in consulting on construction projects in the areas of delay analysis and project scheduling. Mr. Boyd has worked with US and international owners, developers, engineers, contractors, government entities, insurers and stakeholders to consult on matters related to construction scheduling and programming, contract disputes, and claims for complex construction projects throughout the world. As a result, he has experience evaluating and preparing expert reports for delays, disruption, loss of productivity, and related damages. Mr. Boyd also has experience reviewing and analyzing technical requirements of various contractors’ schedule updates. In addition, he has experience with engineering design and on-site construction inspection.

Mr. Boyd specializes in Critical Path Method scheduling, construction project management, construction delay and disruption analysis, damages analysis, and litigation support. Mr. Boyd has experience consulting on a variety of projects. These projects include infrastructure, municipal, transportation, power, commercial, hospitality, marine vessels, and industrial facilities construction projects. His background, which includes preparation and review of scheduling and damages analyses relating to matters of delay, disruption, productivity and time impacts, provides a strong foundation of project controls and construction management knowledge. In addition, Mr. Boyd excels at simplifying and explaining complicated issues, particularly through the use of demonstrative evidence and other graphics.
