Mr. Boyd is an Associate Director specializing in consulting on construction projects in the areas of delay analysis and project scheduling. Mr. Boyd has worked with US and international owners, developers, engineers, contractors, government entities, insurers and stakeholders to consult on matters related to construction scheduling and programming, contract disputes, and claims for complex construction projects throughout the world. As a result, he has experience evaluating and preparing expert reports for delays, disruption, loss of productivity, and related damages. Mr. Boyd also has experience reviewing and analyzing technical requirements of various contractors’ schedule updates. In addition, he has experience with engineering design and on-site construction inspection.
