Kevin Hallett

Kevin Hallett is a Director with Secretariat. He has over 30 years’ experience in the building, civil engineering and power sectors of the construction and engineering industries. He has experience in all aspects of quantity surveying, contract administration and project management and resolution which he has specialized in for the last 23 years.

Mr. Hallett has been involved in numerous large-scale disputes involving ADR, litigation, arbitration and adjudication in both the private and public sectors. He has provided contractual advice, prepared and defended construction claims and submitted expert witness reports on projects in the UK, Africa, North America, Middle East and Europe. Additionally, he has national and international experience at Director level which includes teaching project management techniques to the site personnel of one of the largest construction and engineering companies in Australia. He has a master’s degree with distinction, in Construction Law and Arbitration. His areas of expertise is in dispute resolution and avoidance, expert witness, commercial management, quantity surveying, contract administration and project and financial management.
