Nicolas Noyer

Nicolas Noyer is a Director at Secretariat. He is a dual-qualified Quantity Surveyor (France & UK) with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and specializes in providing independent expert advice on construction projects in the areas of quantum analysis, including assessments of productivity/inefficiency, prolongation, variations, and final account evaluation and other damages impacts.

Mr. Noyer has been appointed as quantum expert in an ICC arbitration relating to the value of the Mechanical & Electrical works for a new mosque in north Africa and in a French Expertise Judiciaire that concerned the construction of an underground gas storage facility. In addition to his own appointments, Mr. Noyer also regularly assists other named quantum experts and he has participated in and supported other quantum experts in a number of large value disputes. He has extensive experience of the case management process, and he has assisted legal teams in the preparation and management of witness evidence and cross-examination questions.
