Prior to specializing in dispute resolution services for the engineering and construction industry and becoming a testifying expert, Mr. Masson gained experience in the design and construction industry. His overall experience has provided him with a strong technical knowledge of construction and engineering projects, familiarity with different forms of contracts, the ability to provide strategic commercial support on the risks of pursuing or defending claims, and the expertise to address matters in dispute as part of the dispute resolution process.
