Yelena Aleksandrovich

Yelena Aleksandrovich is a Director at Secretariat where she provides expert testimony, advisory and consulting services on complex issues involving business and investment valuation, damages assessment, finance and accounting analysis, and fraud investigations in international arbitrations and litigations. She has worked on over 50 international disputes, including expert appointments in ICSID, AAA, and ad hoc arbitrations. Her clients have included corporations, foreign nationals, and sovereign nations.

Ms. Aleksandrovich is a native Russian speaker and has worked on numerous engagements involving businesses and investments in Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. She also has worked on a broad range of projects globally in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, metals & mining (e.g., uranium, gold), infrastructure, real estate/construction, medical/pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, consumer products, and financial services, among others.

Ms. Aleksandrovich joined Secretariat in 2021, upon the acquisition of Versant Partners by the firm. Prior to Secretariat, she was a Principal at Versant Partners for three years and spent nine years in the international arbitration practice at Navigant Consulting. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.  She also holds the internationally recognized designation of Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
