Angie Cloutier

Angie Cloutier, C.E.R.A., currently serves as the Security Operations Manager and Election Security Officer at the Secretary of State in Arizona since July 2022. From December 2011 to June 2022, Angie held various roles at Yavapai County, including Elections Manager, where responsibilities included ballot layout and design, supervisory duties, and acting as a jurisdictional liaison. Additionally, Angie worked as an Elections Database Programmer and Elections Warehouse Technician, focusing on election equipment maintenance and ballot inventory management. Angie began the career as an Elections Clerk. Educationally, Angie obtained an Associate of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Yavapai College between 2009 and 2014.
