The current leadership team at Secretly Group has a long history with the company. Many of them were co-owners and co-founders at previous companies such as Ghostly International and Numero Group. They also have a lot of experience in the music industry, with some of them working at Matador Records and Beggars Group. Furthermore, they have a variety of educational backgrounds, from English and Mathematics to Law and Journalism.
