Basem Hour is currently a Solution Engineer for the Middle East and Africa at Sectona, a role commenced in May 2023, focused on delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and responding to customer inquiries, along with managing RFPs and RFQs. Prior to this, Basem worked as a Presales Engineer at Cyway from April 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included conducting product demonstrations, engaging with customers, and leading Proof of Concepts and product implementations. Basem's technical experience began as a Computer Technician Engineer at the International Islamic University Malaysia during the summer of 2019. Basem holds a degree in Computer Information and Electronics Engineering from the same university, obtained between 2015 and 2020.
