Tagan Marnell

Tagan Marnell has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2008 to 2012, Marnell served as a Military Police Officer in the Army National Guard. From 2012 to 2015, Marnell worked as a Team Leader and then as a Squad Leader in the same organization. In 2015, Marnell became an Operations NCO and later, in 2017, was promoted to the role of Platoon Sergeant, responsible for training and managing soldiers. Marnell joined Sector 7 LLC in 2016 as an Operations Manager and then became the Operations Director in 2019.

Tagan Marnell holds a Master's degree in Organizational Change Leadership from Western Michigan University, which was obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Management, with a focus on Business Management and Human Resources Management, from the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2017. In 2007 to 2009, Tagan studied General Studies at Western Michigan University. They have also obtained several certifications, including "Managing Organizational Change for Managers," "ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look," "Leading Change," "Simplifying Business Processes," "Change Management Foundations," "Insights from a Project Manager," "Agile Project Management Foundations," and a membership with the Project Management Institute.
