Au Melanie Hollstein

Melanie Hollstein has a strong background in underwriting, with experience in both commercial and personal lines. Melanie began their career at Partnership Bank in 2014 as a Relationship Specialist, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and processing various transactions. In 2015, they transitioned to Badger Mutual Insurance Company, initially as a Personal Lines Underwriter and later as a Commercial Lines Underwriter. In these roles, they managed accounts, evaluated risks, and made underwriting decisions. Melanie then joined West Bend Mutual Insurance in 2018, starting as a Commercial Lines Underwriter I and eventually progressing to a Commercial Lines Underwriter II. Melanie continued to demonstrate expertise in evaluating and classifying business risks until their departure in 2022. Melanie's most recent position is at SECURA Insurance, where they now serves as a Commercial Lines Underwriter.

Melanie Hollstein attended Concordia University-Wisconsin from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Actuarial Science. In addition to their degree, they hold two certifications. In November 2019, they earned an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes. Furthermore, in December 2020, they obtained an Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) from the same institution.
