Gabby Cottrell has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Customer Service Associate at Rocky Rococo Restaurants from December 2012 to March 2014. Gabby then worked as a Server at Chefo's Pancake House from April 2014 to June 2015. Following that, they served as a Server/Food Expeditor at Fox River Brewing Co Restaurant from August 2015 to January 2019.

In 2016, Gabby joined SECURA Insurance and held various roles. Gabby started as a Housekeeper from May 2016 to August 2016. Additionally, starting in November 2022, Gabby will take on the position of Organizational Change Manager, contributing to the company's transition initiatives and facilitating change within the organization.

Gabby Cottrell obtained their Associate's degree in Business Analyst from Fox Valley Technical College in 2022. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications including Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in June 2022, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from SECURA Insurance in December 2021, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in March 2021, PROSCI Change Management Workshop from Prosci in May 2018, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from SECURA Insurance in November 2017.
