Holly Rutter

Holly Rutter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims representation, marketing communications, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Claims Representative for Workers Compensation at SECURA Insurance since December 2021, Holly has previously held roles at Catalpa Health as a Claims Associate and Marketing Communications Specialist, and at ThedaCare as a Regional Development Coordinator for Special Events. Holly's background also includes positions at IPAP as a Claims & Logistics Specialist and Distributor Development Manager, as well as roles in marketing and public relations at Fox Cities Performing Arts Center and Leonard & Finco Public Relations. Holly holds a degree in Communication, Public Relations, Arts Management, Non-Profit Management, and Theatre Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and has furthered education through the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
