Joy Krumsee

Joy Krumsee, AINS, AIS, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Farm Underwriter and previously as a Personal Lines Underwriter and Customer Care Specialist at SECURA Insurance since June 2017. Prior to this role, Joy worked as an Account Executive for Personal Risk at McClone from July 2013 to June 2017, providing risk advisory services and managing an assigned book of business. Joy also has a background in customer service as a Service Account Manager at Convergys, where responsibilities included managing Cisco SMARTnet Service Contracts for federal customers, and previously served as a Military Police Officer in the US Army. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Marketing from Fox Valley Technical College.
