Kurt Fecteau

Kurt Fecteau is currently serving as the Director of Workplace Services at SECURA Insurance since August 2022, leading the Distribution Services and Café Teams. Previously, Kurt held the position of Distribution Manager at SECURA Insurance, where responsibilities included team development and resource management to enhance efficiency and achieve financial savings. Kurt's extensive experience includes roles such as Operations Manager at Thrivent in both the Health Contact Center and Client Data Management, Customer Care Supervisor at Associated Bank, and several positions at Thrivent Financial, including Real Time Analyst and Interim Manager. Kurt began a career in management as a Shift Manager at Festival Foods. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
