Tom Hardwick

Tom Hardwick, CSM, AINS, AIC, serves as the IT Director for Business & Application Services at SECURA Insurance, a mutual insurance company specializing in property and casualty insurance. With experience since May 2017, Tom has held several roles within the company, including Supervisor of Robotic Process Automation and Manager of Underwriting Processes. Prior to SECURA Insurance, Tom worked as a CRM Product Consultant and Application Consultant at Ledgeview Partners, where Tom led numerous successful CRM implementations. Tom began their career at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. as a Services Project Analyst. Tom holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology Project Management from ITT Technical Institute-Green Bay.
