Cari Barthe

Cari Barthe is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in the biotechnology and tech industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Secura Bio, Inc., since December 2024, Cari previously held the role of Director of People & Culture at Notch Therapeutics from April 2021 to December 2024. Cari's extensive tenure at Seattle Genetics from 2007 to 2021 included various HR roles, culminating in a Senior HR Manager position. Earlier experience includes significant HR and project management roles at ICOS Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from managing sales operations to leading recruitment efforts.
