Michelle also held the position of Store Manager at Family Express Corporation from March 2012 to January 2017, and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Lake Ridge Schools from August 2004 to October 2010. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College, completed in December 2022, and pursued education at Purdue University Northwest from 2010 to 2018.
