Heather Allward

Heather Allward has work experience in both the security and IT fields. Heather worked as the Director of Operations and Security at SecurAmerica starting in May 2018. Prior to that, they spent several years working in IT support roles in the US Navy. Their roles in the Navy included IT Support Technician, where they logged and filed classified documents, trained and instructed subordinates and supported units on radio operator training. Heather also held the role of IT Support Technician - ITSR - IT3, where they provided technical and customer support, resolved technical issues for clients, created employee training materials, and installed hardware for Dell and HP systems. Heather's work experience spans from 2007 to the present.

Heather Allward's education history includes several courses and certifications in the Navy. In 2012, they completed the Navy Course A-260-0051 High Frequency Radio Group Operator. In 2011, they completed the Navy Course A-101-0027 AEGIS ABMD C4I SAGT, focusing on Shipboard C4I End-to-End Systems.
