Manolis Kellis serves as a Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) since June 2004, focusing on dissecting disease mechanisms through epigenomics, regulatory genomics, comparative genomics, and computational analyses. Additionally, Manolis Kellis co-founded Secure AI Labs in May 2016. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Associate at the Broad Institute from September 2003 to June 2004 and a summer position at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in June 1999. Research at PARC, a Xerox Company, from 1996 to 1999 involved computational geometry, robotics, and human motion analysis. Educational credentials include a PhD in Computer Science with an emphasis on Computational Biology from MIT (2000-2003), a Master of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence from MIT (February 1999 - June 1999), and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from MIT (1995-1999).
