Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at Secure Care Products, Inc. since February 1999, Deary has previously held the same title at LOCKHEED ELECTRONICS from January 1989 to February 1995 and at CALCOMP/SANDERS from February 1982 to February 1989. Deary's practical knowledge is further complemented by education from the School of Hard Knocks.
