Christopher Doss

Christopher Doss is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology with extensive experience in support services management. Currently serving as Support Service Manager at Secure Future Tech Solutions since November 2025, Christopher previously held positions as SupportCenter Manager and SupportCenter Team Lead at Optimal Networks, Inc. from December 2022 to September 2025. Prior to this, Christopher was a Level 3 Team Lead at GXA Network Solutions and worked as an Information Technology Support Engineer with purchasing responsibilities at ComTech Network Solutions from February 2018 to April 2022. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Tennessee Technological University, completed in December 2014.
