Fay Panah

Fay Panah, SPHR, has an extensive work experience in human resources. Most recently, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Raise Hospitality & Jajaja Group starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Secure One Capital Corporation from 2020. From 2017 to 2020, Fay was the Human Resources Director at LoanStream Mortgage, where they managed a wide range of HR functions. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at MonsterLoans in 2016 and at Intercap Lending from 2009 to 2016, overseeing the HR departments across multiple facilities. Their career in HR started at First Fidelity Financial, INC in 2002, where they held the position of Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources.

Fay Panah, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Southern California. In 2013, they earned a Certificate of Achievement of Skills & Knowledge required of Professionals in the Human Resource Field from Cornell University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence," "Rewarding Employees," "Performance Review Foundations," "Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings," "Managing Teams," "Negotiation," and "Building Accountability Into Your Culture" from LinkedIn.
