Margarita Fernández

Margarita Fernández has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Margarita has worked as an Operations Analyst Care Center at Secure Transportation Company, Inc. since July 2019. Margarita'sresponsibilities included arranging and reviewing medical reservations, interviewing patients, and verifying insurance. Prior to this, from May 2017, they worked as a Bilingual Customer Care Representative and Healthcare Data Encounter Analyst at the same company, where they organized medical transportation and maintained excellent communication with interdepartmental and healthcare providers.

Before their role at Secure Transportation, Margarita worked as a Guest Services Agent at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort, Bonnet Creek, from April 2016 to April 2017. Here, they served as a Customer Service Ambassador and ensured high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, they prepared and analyzed financial records.

From 2006 to 2009, they owned Margarita Fernández's Advertising and Public Relations Agency in Puerto Rico and Europe. Here, they developed and executed public relations campaigns and built strong client relationships.

Earlier in their career, Margarita worked as a Press Secretary & Executive Representative Assistant at the Government of Puerto Rico House of Representatives from December 2004 to October 2005, where they supervised staff, implemented public and media relations, and performed administrative duties.

Margarita also has experience as a Director of Public Relations & Executive Assistant at EL Legado Golf Resort Chi Chi Rodriguez, Senior PGA Tour from 2000 to 2002, where they broadcast digital media and achieved profit targets.

Margarita began their career as a Manager Coordinator for Reservations, Credit, and Hospitality at Wyndham Condado Plaza Hotel and Casino from 1987 to 1991. Margarita oversaw and managed departments, recruited and trained teams, and participated in management meetings.

Lastly, they worked as an Assistant Producer at WSJN - TV News Channel from 1986 to 1987, where they coordinated production and field operations and supervised a staff of reporters and cameramen.
