Jeremy Carpenter PMP® has extensive work experience in project and program management roles. Jeremy is currently the Director - Global Services at SecureAuth Corporation, where they lead a high-performing global team focused on delivering identity solutions to customers. Jeremy began their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Service Desk Team Manager / Project Manager - Strategic Projects. In this role, they provided IT support and customer care for government agencies and performed audits on documentation and contract procedures.

Throughout their career, Jeremy has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, focusing on delivering successful outcomes and driving process improvement.

Jeremy Carpenter PMP® holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Integrated Studies from Clarks Summit University. Jeremy also has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Worldview Studies from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Jeremy has earned the ITIL Foundations in IT Service Management certification and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute.
