Jonathan Smith

Jonathan Smith is an accomplished leader in professional services with extensive experience at Rockwell Automation and Plex by Rockwell Automation from January 2018 to October 2025. In the role of Global Director for Professional Services MOM/MES, Jonathan managed global P&L while driving business growth. Previous positions included Vice President of Global Professional Services, where Jonathan was instrumental in achieving significant business expansion, and Senior Director overseeing global delivery and project management operations. Earlier career experiences with Interplex Industries and Royal Oak Industries included leading ERP implementation projects that transformed business processes. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Manufacturing Systems Engineering & Management from the University of Bath and an MBA in Finance from Walsh College.
