Keli Colon, PHR, SHRM-CP

Keli Colon, PHR, SHRM-CP has a long history of work experience in Human Resources and Administration. Keli began their career in 2003 as Office Manager/Human Resources Administrator for Computational Sensors Corporation. In 2006, they moved to VISTA as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2007, they joined SecureIT as Sr. Director, HR/Finance/Administration. Keli later moved to a role as Director, Human Resources & Administration at SecureIT. In 2008, they joined Dulles SHRM as a Board of Directors Leader.

Keli Colon, PHR, SHRM-CP has an extensive education history. Keli obtained an A.S. in Science from Cottey College in 1998-2000, followed by a B.A. in Psychology from Pacific University in 2001-2003. Keli then completed a Certification program in Human Resources Management and Services from UC Santa Barbara in 2004-2005. In 2008, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and in 2015 they became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
