Zachary Shannon

Zachary Shannon has a strong background in operations and customer care. Zachary is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at SecureSave, where they are responsible for scaling the customer operations and managing implementation, support, financial operations, and compliance. Prior to this role, Zachary was the Director of Operations and Support at SecureSave.

Before joining SecureSave, Zachary worked at EarnedCard as the Director of Customer Care, where they built the customer care operations from the ground up and played a strategic role in developing the go-to-market strategy.

Zachary also held the position of Head of Operations at ePlan Services, where they were responsible for managing various teams and leading product initiatives to drive revenue growth. Zachary played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by Paychex.

Prior to their role at ePlan Services, Zachary held multiple positions including Vice President and Director of Sales Implementation at ePlan Services (when it was still a privately held company) and Associate Pension Analyst at United Retirement Plan Consultants.

Zachary began their career as a Legislative Intern for Senator Doug Linkhart in the State of Colorado.

Zachary Shannon obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in the Executive MBA Program from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Zachary attended this program from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree from the University of Denver, which they completed between 1997 and 2001. Additionally, Zachary has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Paychex, which they obtained in August 2016.
