Awais Akhtar has extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT consulting, currently serving as a Technical Customer Success Manager at Secureworks since February 2012, where responsibilities include ensuring the adoption of security solutions and providing tailored guidance to enhance customer security postures. Previous roles at Secureworks also include Threat Engagement Manager and Network Security Sr Advisor, focusing on customer onboarding and implementing security technologies. Awais has worked as a Freelance IT Trainer since 2007, with expertise in multiple vendors such as Cisco and Microsoft. Additional experience encompasses IT management and consultancy roles at the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce and as a Freelance Networking Consultant.
