Dan Elliott

Dan Elliott serves as the Head of Cyber Resilience at Zurich Insurance for ZRS Australia since July 2024 and is an Advisory Council Member at SecureWorld since January 2024, focusing on conference structure and thought leadership. A member of the Cybersecurity Advisors Network, Dan represents the organization globally, addressing emerging threats and cybersecurity leadership. Previously, Dan was the Principal of Cyber Security Risk Advisory at Zurich Canada, delivering risk-based advice and customized cybersecurity roadmaps. Earlier roles include Intelligence Officer and Senior Project Risk Manager at the Canadian Security Intelligence Service and various positions at the Canada Border Services Agency. Dan holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Intelligence Studies and a Bachelor's in Political Science, along with certifications in Cyber Security Management and Risk Management.
