Catherine Pauwels

Catherine Pauwels is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Securex Academy Manager at Securex since January 2022, where skills in creating educational programs in HR, wellbeing, social legislation, and entrepreneurship are applied. As the founder of Vrienden van Wolf vzw, Catherine focuses on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, particularly through hippotherapy for children. Previous roles include Learning and Development Manager at ALDI Belgium from March 2020 to December 2021 and Health & Vitality Consultant at Securex from March 2017 to March 2020, where project management and health policy development were key responsibilities. Catherine also held positions at Esko as Learning & Development Coordinator and at Adecco Group Belgium as Recruitment Consultant, beginning a career as a Project Office Assistant - Analyst.
