Gracia Lipombi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Coach for the Customer Care team and HR Partner Care at Securex since April 2019. Previously, Gracia held the position of HR Consultant specializing in Payroll at Securex and worked as a Consultante RH at Human Supports Medical from October 2017 to April 2019. Prior to this, Gracia was a Billing Officer at Daoust from September 2016 to October 2017. Gracia holds a Master's degree in Gestion des ressources humaines from Université libre de Bruxelles, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a degree in Sciences Politiques from the same institution, completed from 2009 to 2014. Gracia also has qualifications from Institut des Ursulines de Mons and VCA-cadre, as well as training from Federgon.
