Nathalie Fontaine

Nathalie Fontaine is an experienced medical professional currently serving as an Occupational Health Physician at Securex since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nathalie worked as a Medical Doctor and Anesthesiologist at OLV Ziekenhuis Aalst-Asse-Ninove from August 2008 to December 2023, focusing on operating room and intensive care unit responsibilities, as well as supervising and training medical assistants. Experience also includes a tenure at Maastricht UMC+ from September 2000 to July 2008, where Nathalie specialized in pediatric anesthesia and engaged in teaching and committee work. A fellowship in the pediatric intensive care unit at Starship Children's Hospital in 2003 contributed to a strong foundation in critical care. Nathalie began medical training as an Anesthesiology Trainee at AZ-VUB from 1994 to 2000, preceded by a Doctor of Medicine degree from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
