James Ziegler has a diverse work experience in various fields. James started their career as an architect at Krueck and Olsen Architects, where they designed luxury residential interiors and commercial building shells. James then worked at Holabird & Root as a licensed architect, where they coordinated architectural documentation and supervised the renovation of educational facilities. Following that, they joined Middleton Hills as a Project Director, utilizing their knowledge of architecture and economics to develop a unique mixed-use residential community. Their most recent position was at Advantus Capital Management, where they served as Vice President and successfully negotiated and funded over $1.5 billion in commercial mortgage loans.
James Ziegler has a Master's Degree in Real Estate Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Minnesota from 1981 to 1987. James is also a Licensed Architect in the State of Wisconsin, obtained in 1989.
