Chris Larson

Chris Larson is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Tilion Brewing Company, LLC, located in Cannon Falls, MN, since March 2018. In addition, Chris serves as the CX Measurement Program Manager at Securian Financial, starting in June 2020. Previous roles include EX/CX Text Analyst at U.S. Bank from July 2019 to June 2020 and Customer Insights Consultant at Fairview Health Services from November 2015 to May 2019, where responsibilities included market research deployment and customer experience measurement. Earlier experience includes a Senior Research Consultant role at Questar Data Systems from 2000 to June 2015, and Director of Field Services at Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates from 1998 to 2000. Chris began the professional career as a Survey Research Associate at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation’s Wilder Research Center from 1996 to 1998. Chris holds a BA and an MA (*ABT) in Sociology with a focus on statistics and survey research methodology from the University of North Dakota.
