Jaime Proman has over 19 years of experience in strategy and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Second Vice President of Enterprise Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Securian Financial since September 2015, Jaime Proman has held multiple key positions within the company, including Senior Director and Director of Digital Innovation. Previously, Jaime Proman worked at Best Buy for seven years, progressing from Manager of Strategy and Business Development to Category Strategy Lead in Connected Living. Early career experience includes roles as an Associate in Private Equity at SV Investment Partners and an Analyst at Rothschild Inc. Jaime Proman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy from Amherst College and has also studied at the University of Sydney.
