Jari Kainuvaara

Jari Kainuvaara serves as Co-Chair of buildingSMART Finland and the Infrastructure business group, as well as Chair of the Infrastructure Standardization business group since January 2021. Currently a Project Manager at Sitowise and a teacher at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences since September 2023, Jari also held various roles at Novatron from January 2019 to October 2023, including Development Manager, BIM Manager, and BIM Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as BIM Manager at Finnmap Infra Oy and a long tenure at the City of Espoo, where Jari worked in multiple capacities, including BIM Manager and 3D Specialist. Jari’s educational background includes studies at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and other institutions, spanning from 2007 to 2017.
