Carl Dahlen

Carl Dahlen currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for North & Western Europe at Securitas Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Carl was the Country President (VD) at Securitas Sverige AB from September 2020 to December 2023 and held the position of CEO/Partner at Navigio, a Nordic consultancy firm, from May 2018 to September 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Director at Randstad, VD (CEO) at Proffice Industrial & Logistics, and various leadership roles at Coor Service Management and McKinsey & Company. Carl Dahlen earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and studied at Mines Paris - PSL.
