Frida Rosenholm is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President General Counsel at Securitas Group since May 2018, Frida previously held the position of General Counsel for EF Education First Group from October 2012 to April 2018, overseeing legal matters for one of the largest private educational organizations globally. Prior to that, Frida was the Senior Vice President General Counsel at Pfleiderer Holzwerkstoffe GmbH and held multiple senior roles at Pergo AB, including Senior Vice President and Deputy CEO. Frida began a legal career at Mannheimer Swartling as an attorney and served as a Junior Judge at Uppsala tingsrätt. Frida holds a Master of Law degree from Stockholm University, obtained in 1999.
