Serkan Bal

Serkan Bal is an experienced IT Product Manager currently working with the Securitas Group since December 2019, overseeing recruitment operations across 26 European countries and managing the Billing Engine and Enterprise Document Management system to enhance operational efficiency. With a strong background in software development and project management, Serkan has held various roles within Securitas Turkey, including Applications and Software Development Manager and IT Project Manager, leading teams and managing complex projects. Prior experience includes significant roles at the Turkish Patent Institute and Turk Telekom, focusing on transformative IT initiatives and stakeholder alignment. Serkan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Cyprus International University and a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Gazi University.
