Scott Deininger

Scott Deininger is the Senior Vice President, Strategic Markets at Securitas Electronic Security. Scott has over 20 years of experience in business development, sales, and management.

Scott started their career with Ingersoll Rand in October 1999 and was promoted through a series of positions over the next 13 years. As Director, Global Technology, they led the development, implementation and deployment of global solutions/services. As Director, Sales & Business Development, they led sales team to identify new acquisitions and drive global revenue growth. As Vice President, General Manager, they successfully managed 5 districts, driving revenue and profit growth. As Vice President, Business Development, they led sales teams, created programs, developed KPI tracking processes, created programs, and was a key contributor to new Sales Leadership Development program. Earlier in their career, they were responsible for creating Strategic Partner programs, developing cost reduction strategies, developing and implementing enterprise-wide CRM platform, training employees, creating implementation strategies, and leading national expansion efforts.

During their time at Ingersoll Rand, they directed the launch of new Global Healthcare Market solution (2011); trained/supported end-users. Scott conducted healthcare assessments in emerging markets (e.g., Europe, china, LATAM). Scott generated 40% of total Business Unit revenue (2008-2010) by spearheading Strategic/Key Accounts Program; created new Enterprise-wide selling approach that included combined solutions from multiple Business Units. Scott delivered 50% productivity
