Naceur Bouhalfaya possesses extensive experience in security and transport, having served in various roles since 1982. Currently, Naceur holds the position of Officer Lieutenant in private security at CONFIDENTIEL since November 2019. Naceur also serves as an Inspector of Traffic since August 2009 and has been an Agent of Safety/First Responder with Sécuritas Canada since April 2002, where Naceur marked 19 years of service on April 18, 2021. Additional roles include working as an Agent of Safety with Sécurité Industrielle and serving as a Technical Traffic Agent for Ville de Montréal in 1992-1993. Notably, Naceur was the Director of Urban Transport Unit at ETUSA/ALGER/Ministère des Transports from 1982 to 1991 and was instrumental in introducing cable transport in the urban network of Algiers. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Transport and Logistics and a degree from the Institut des Sciences Politiques in political studies, as well as a Licentiate degree in Oil Economy from Université de Constantine.
