Joey Tse has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving in the Investment Products Division at the Securities and Futures Commission since 2012. Prior to this role, Joey Tse worked at Hogan Lovells from 2008 to 2012 in the Financial Institution Group, focusing on advising financial institutions on various transactional and regulatory matters. Earlier experience includes a position at Kennedys from 2005 to 2008 in general commercial litigation, and at Herbert Smith Freehills from 1999 to 2004 in litigation and arbitration, where involvement in large-scale commercial disputes was prominent. Joey Tse holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honors and a Postgraduate Degree in PCLL from The University of Hong Kong.
