Pete Tse, FRM, serves as an Assistant Manager in the Research Department at the Securities and Futures Commission since September 2021, where responsibilities include advising government bodies and regulators on global macro-financial trends and risks, conducting quantitative research, and supporting initiatives to enhance market performance and RMB internationalisation. Tse founded and directs InnoStar Tuition Centre, successfully tutoring over 200 students and achieving high academic performance rates. Previously, at the Insurance Authority, Tse contributed to developing supervision frameworks and risk research while receiving a Gold Star Award for outstanding performance as a Management Trainee. Tse has also held teaching roles at The University of Hong Kong, where effective tutorial sessions improved course performance significantly.
