Chris Dobbins is an accomplished legal and corporate professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. As President of Securities Transfer Corporation since August 2016, Chris has demonstrated leadership and expertise in securities transfer services. Previously, Chris served as President & General Counsel at Pacific Stock Transfer Co. from August 2009 to August 2016, where responsibilities included providing legal counsel and overseeing corporate governance. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Georgetown University Law Center, a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Richmond School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Politics & Economics from Wake Forest University.
