Patricia Stephan

Patricia Stephan has a strong background in finance and accounting. Patricia is currently working as the CFO at Securities Transfer Corporation since May 2018. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Finance at Pacific Stock Transfer Co. starting in November 2014. Before that, they were the Controller at DSCG Solutions, Inc. from September 2013 to November 2014. Patricia also has extensive experience as a Controller at both Digital Signal Corporation from September 2005 to August 2013 and the Institute for Human Services Management from December 1991 to December 2004.

Patricia Stephan obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Frostburg State University, where they attended from 1974 to 1978. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Management and Administration at Hood College, studying from 1986 to 1988.
