Giana Barcelona

Giana Barcelona is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and services. Currently serving as an HR Officer and Executive Assistant at Security Bank Corporation since August 2019, Giana has provided support to the Board of Advisors and has been involved in various employee relations initiatives. Previously, Giana worked at JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation as an HR Officer and Executive Assistant, assisting top executives in finance and administration. Giana's career began as an HR Trainee at Robinsons Land Corporation, where Giana gained valuable experience in employee onboarding and relations. Giana is furthering expertise through a Master's degree in Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, complementing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from the National College of Business and Arts.
